You want to
start Windows 10 in safe mode, you can do that with Msconfig command as
follows:
Right click on the start menu, then Run
Type:
Msconfig and click on the OK button
Click on the Boot
tab
By default the boot option: Safe boot is not selected
Select Safe
boot and select Minimal and click th Ok button
Click the Restart button
Windows starts in safe mode
